and i wasn't going all out like i now do.

3 hours of almost nonstop intense work out.

a MIX of:

-start and finish doing 10 minutes of jump rope

-10 - 6minute rounds of shadow boxing

-weight lifting

-pull ups

-sit up/crunches/leg lifts

-push up

-sauna

-mitt practice(with coach ofcourse)

-punching bad(kicks, elbows, punches)

No joke, almost a nonstop thing, but

i do have to take small 5-7minute brakes.

in the a room with boxers on

for 40 minutes(after work out) just sweating.

friend(same team)

  1. first of all 5-7 min is not a short break. it is quite long break. and second - probably yes, u re burning everything cos 3 hours of cardio is little bit over board. thou u have quite long periods of rest. so this is not all cardio. anyway, if u eat protein before and within 40 min after work out i hope u will be fine with muscles. and anyway, as soon as u get a job all your 3 hours work out will end anyway. if u ever get any job
