How many calories are in a KFC Toonie Tuesday meal?

2 pieces of chicken and fries, each piece of chicken will run 300-400 calories and the fries another 400+ so a meal would range between 800-1000 calories, 20+ grams of saturated fat, now they have removed the trans fat it is a bit better, but there food is high in sodium and cholesterol not from the oil but the frying of the chicken (internal fat).

I worked at a KFC in Canada as a youth and this is a new thing since we got the Toonie.
