If you are worried about calories, you shouldn't be eating a Ultimate cheese burger with bacon. You should be grazing on salad and sprouts.

A cazillion! I think if you ask the clerk may be able to give you a pamphlet that lists the caloric count of each menu item. I could be wrong, but I know for sure that Mc Donald's offers this. My daughter has checked the caloric count at many fast food restaurants. This is how I found out that some have this information for viewing.
