How many calories are the circle Chrystal Light iced tea packets you add to a gallon of water?

Well, I dont know if its a gallon, but not the bottle packets.

It comes in a circle and it says Chrystal Light Iced Tea.

Id look at the container it came in (it came in a tube with three of them) but someone threw it out.

So, anyone know how many calories for a glass of that stuff?

There are not that many i know that for a fact. I think about 100 to 200 per serving. So Good Luck!

The box from which your round packet some in lists 5 calories per serving. A serving is one cup (8oz)

the packet makes 1/2 a gallon.

This tea has 10mg of Caffine too, per serving.

Nutritionally, it does nothing for you.

Crystal lite uses Phenylketonurics (aspartame)  to sweeten.

I don't know about a gallon, but i know that the ones for the 16.9 ounce bottles of water are 5 calories.
