How many calories are there in an ounce of baked eggplant?

Sometimes I have the eggplant with a very slight bit of cheese; sometimes there are bread crumbs as well.

well I know that if it doesnt have anything on it its 20 calories for a cup eggplant.. diced.  so if you add oil or butter or bread crumbs it can be more...and are you sure its just an ounce? thats a tablespoon

a cup is 20 calories without any oil added.  So it would be 1.25 calories.  Just about nothing.
