how many calories would I have to burn at the gym to lose weight?

I already eat a very strict diet so now I am just wondering how many calories I should be burning to be losing some weight?

Im 60kgs and 171cms

I want to get down to 55kgs

  1. In order to loose weigth, you have to loose 500 more calories than you intake.  So.  do the math with everything you take.  Based on what you say, you are already at very strict diet, so, maybe consuming 1000 calories.  So if you loose 1500 calories thru the whole day. you will loose weight.

    You seem to have a great weight already. So be careful, you don't want to loose too much.


  2. hm mm truly sounds like you are at the perfect weight for your body if not a lil bit under. try about 200 to 400 calories though.
