  1. sit ups dont really do anything except tone the muscle in your stomach they dont actually help lose weight, if you lose weight another way and do them usually you can only tell that the muscle is toned when you lose weight from that area

  3. I don't know about the hula hooping, but as fas as I know sit ups don't really burn that many calories, they're more about toning your tummy muscles and stuff you know? Like you'll still burn, but not as much as if you went for a walk or a cycle or just danced around your room.

  5. 100 sit ups probably about 20 lol.maybe a little less

    hooping for 1 hour seems pretty intense...id say about maybe 200-350 calories..
