How many calories consumed, please!?

Breakfast- 3/4 cup of oatmeal with a splash of skim milk and 1 large banana

lunch-no-fat yogurt and almonds

dinner-1 cup of spaghetti, 1/4 of sauce with hamburger in it and brocilli

snack- cantaloupe.

was this a lot of carbs?

and how many calories
