What is the minimum nutrient intake for a 5'7'' 180 lbs 23 year old female? I am doing a lot of lifestyle changes at the moment and I am trying to do it "right". I mean, I am exercising, keeping a food log, and charting my progress. I want to make sure that I stay healthy at the same time, I want to restrict my diet to loose weight, but do not want to become unhealthy while trying to achieve my goal.
