height: 5'6weight:108 lbsage:16I wanna know how many calories I burn a day, including -sleeping-walkin around the house-running-walking-shoppingetc...I run 2 miles everyday for 18 minutes total.I walk 2 miles everyday for about 40 minutes.I sleep every day for 8-10 hours.I walk around the house alot alot.I walk up my staircase about 30 times a day probably.I probably eat a 150 cal breakfast usually.I probably eat a 200-300 cal lunch usually.I probably eat a 400-500 cal dinner usually.If I ever snack its on fruit.
