    But if you are always moving around and work out or exercise regularly you might consider consuming around 3000.

    it also depends on your metabolism and genetics.  it varies from person to person.

    basically, if you are getting fat, you are eating more calories than your body needs, and if you are losing weight or getting skinny, you are eating less calories than your body needs.
