  1. If we consider 3500 kcal equal to about a pound of body weight, then you'd need 1589 kcals per day to either gain or lose a pound on average.


  2. ii am not sure on that but a way to keep the weigh off is what ii do,

    ii have braekfast in the morning (toast or something)

    then for dinner ii have fruit

    and then have your tea

    but dont snack in between meals or you wont loose weight,

    and then at like 4 oclock exercise for a couple of hours even if its just prancing round your bedroom.

  4. 16-20 calories per pound of body weight per day also 1 gram protein per pound of body weight.  2-3 grams of cabs per pound of body weight.  complex carbs only except for Gatorade right after workout.

    A gram of protein is 4 calories

    A gram of carbohydrates is 4 calories

    A gram of alcohol is 7 calories

    A BTU is 252 calories
