How many calories in Roasters Coffee?

I mean Roaster's Coffee Haven (cappuccino or iced coffee). Or just like the average cappuccino or iced coffee.

I try to be good about counting my calories, so I am anal about making sure my morning coffee doesn't blow my diet!

Black coffee, straight espresso shots, Americanos with no cream, and all the sugar-free syrups (in the bottles not the sauces like chocolate) have no calories.  If you decide to get a latte or cappuccino use nonfat milk and count every ounce as 10 calories.  If you like to get cappuccinos those are great calorie-wise because 1/3 is milk foam so you don't really have to count that!

Here are some low cal options for you:

16 oz nonfat, sugar-free raspberry/coconut latte (100 calories, 2oz espresso, 2oz sugarfree syrups, 10oz nonfat milked steamed expands it to be more like 12oz)

16oz Americano with sugar-free vanilla (0 calories, 3oz espresso, 2oz sugar-free syrup, 12 oz hot water)

16 oz nonfat, sugar-free vanilla cappucinno (50 calories, 2oz espresso, 2oz syrup, 5 oz nonfat milk foamed up a ton!)

Good Luck ordering your drinks!  You can always stick to Sugar-free Italian Sodas with no cream just whipped cream (then you just have to count the whipped cream calories!)

regular coffee has 0 calories so just count the calories that you add in like the ones in the milk and sugar

coffee beans have no calories ... so it would depend on whether you add sugar, whipped cream, or what % milk you add to it

Coffee itself has ZERO calories.  If you drink plain black coffee, it doesn't matter which roast, it has ZERO calories.  The only calories in coffee come from milk, cream, sugar or whatever else people add to it.  I personally just like my coffee with a single creamer which gives it about 20 calories.  I hate sugar in my coffee.  Cappucino, espresso, or iced coffee also have zero calories if taken black.
