  1. Bean tacos are not part of the regular menu (they are a custom order item), so Taco Bell does not have to list the nutritional information.

A Taco Bell bean burrito is 350 calories and a regular crunchy taco is 170 calories (soft tacos are 200 calories).

I would guess that since crunchy tacos are 30 calories less than soft tacos, then a bean taco would be 30 calories less than a bean burrito.

So, as a guess I would say about 320 calories.

  2. It's alot of calories for such a small meal. One taco is 370 calories. http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/it...

Try a salad wrap or sandwich from a bakery or cafe. If you feel like mexican, the mexican taco wrap is only 120 cal

  3. From what I hear, the beans at taco bell are often "seasoned" with a few scoops of beef everyday.  It's hit or miss thing, but you should check with the store manager about what is their policy.

McDonald's Fries are also "seasoned" with beef extract.

I'm not a veggie or a vegan but I think chain stores should be clear about what foods have meat and or dairy products in them.

  4. It looks like it is 180 calories on a soft taco shell. I imagine it's more calories on a corn shell.  This is a regular beef taco, with beans replaced for the meat.

If you are asking about a bean burrito, that is 350 calories.
