How many calories in a mcdonalds chicken nugget meal and chocolate milkshake?

I dont know the size of the fries...although im guessing medium.

and it was 6 chicken nuggets.

and just a normal chocolate milkshake (medium im guessing?)

oh and with ketchup....quite a lot of it.

Medium Fries- 380 Calories 19 Grams Fat

6 Chicken Nuggets- 280 Calories 17 Grams Fat

16 oz Chocolate Shake- 580 Calories 14 Grams Fat

A better question would be how much chicken is there in a chicken mcnugget.

Heard there was less than 30% chicken so god knows what the rest of it is.

the milkshake is 580 cals  (14 g fat)

So your total meal ( not including the ketchup) was 1240 cals - probably not the healthiest lunch but I bet it was super tasty!! :)

next time you go to the mcdonalds look on the bottom of the sheet the put on your tray. it lists all the nutrition facts for all the foods they have
