How many calories in a sausage biscuit?

my school provides breakfast for students in the morning, including sausage biscuits (no cheese or egg).

about how many calories would be in one of these biscuits?

Depends on the size.  The ones at McDonalds are about 500 calories.

too many, gross not healthy.  id be pissed if my son's school was providing pure saturated fat on a bad carbohydrate bisquit.

try something healthier, period the end. breakfast provides fuel for the children's body and mind for the the day.

if you are the parent, push for healthier options for the money your paying.

The school cafeteria I visit serves sausage biscuits and they include a nutritional label for everything they serve...I have noticed the calorie content of those little grease bombs...they are not deep fried, just buttermilk biscuit with a sausage pattie...they have, *gulp* 530 calories each!
