How many calories in apple pie slice and?

wow apple pie 400 cals! i thought i was doing better to order that because the other desserts were like..boston cream pie, mousse, ice cream..

yea well it all depends on the serving size of the salad but that's healthy on avg id say the salad is well greek salad dressing is like 50cals and 5g fat for 2tblsp i know that so they usually put on 3 servings so 150cals there chicken 3oz 120cals avg and the cheese 75cals about w/ 7g fat and veges minimal like 25cals total salad if the size i think 370cals if it's bigger im thinking 3cups of lettace like a decent sized plate not loaded with chicken but a good amount and about 1/4c cheese if more then add a lil more that thats an estimate

the apple pie thats where it hurts 1 slice avg 400cals  u had half figure 200cals so total meal 570cals not bad at all!

so long as you don't eat pie with every meal.....and only eat a very small portion.....

do not beat your self up every time you eat dessert
