About how many in a no sugar added chai latte medium size with non fat milk? And how much sugar...anyone kno the exact ingredients?

In a coffee bean pretty much zero.

About 400 calories on the average in a Chai Tea Latte NSA. No sugar added does not mean no sugar. The natural ingredients will still have sugar in them. However the amount will vary by brand.

I don't know about 1 coffee bean, but in an average sized cup of coffee with no milk or sugar, there's about 5 calories in it. I found that out and drink only black coffee now. You develop a taste for it. If you're worried about calories, cut the cream, sugar and additives and stick with tea if you don't like black coffee.
