Strangely enough, I can't cut and paste what information they have on nutrition.  They don't list calories.  

Go to www.calorieking.com where they not only list how many calories are in a food but what exercise & how long you need to do them to work the item off your hips.

I don't know but I must say that their Flo's Fillet is the best.  With a side of broccoli and their house salad with ranch dressing!!!  MMMMM!!!!  Don't forget the blooming onion!!

Sorry, I got a little carried away, try going on their web site.  Most restaurants have that information on line.

Outback is NOTORIOUS for not releasing their nutrition facts. They don't release that info because they say it "varies"....

you can calculate it on your own if you know exactly what cut and weight of chicken was used as well as sides/sauces.
