How many calories per day can I eat if I want to weigh 160 lbs without exercising? Extra info so you can better determine my metabolism: I'm 17, male, 204 lbs (down from 230 at the beginning of the summer), 5' 7", pretty muscular under the fat (I guess I have a naturally broad build- at least that's what the doctor said [which is why I'm aiming for 160 instead of 140]), and inclined to believe I have a fairly low metabolism (that could just be the lack of exercise and me making excuses for being fat/wanting to believe it's not my fault I'm fat). And please, no answers saying that I should be exercising more or whatever. Thanks in advance for your replies!
