are in a half cup of spaghetti with sauce?

You can look on the nutrition facts on the package, for the pasta and the sauce. I'm pretty sure the serving size on it is a half a cup. So all you have to do is add the calories together. But remember if your going on a reduced calorie diet make sure your getting your calories from the right places, and reduced calories should not mean reduced vitamins and minerals.
