How many calories shoul a 13 year old girl consume?

I'm 13 almost 14 in a few days and i was wondering how many calories i should consume (I'm in cross country and track so i run a lot)

this summer i had around 500 calories every day

but now im eating 500-600 calories is that enough or am i suppose to consume more calories?

  3. I heard once that your supposed to multiply your wieght times 10. So if your like 110 pounds you'd eat 1,100 calories.

  4. If you are 13/14 yrs old and in sports you really should be eating around 2000 calories per day. You will not get fat if you are that active. You will however get some muscle, which makes people want to look at you. Could be a win win situation. You really should be talking to your parents about this before you start any kind of diet regimen.
