  2. This question is very subjective. It is dependent on many factors, such as gender and how much you excercise per day. However, to make an approximation you should be eating about 1,500 calories per day. You should exercise daily- find some form of excercise you enjoy. Reduce the number of calories you obtain from fat: make fat 20% of your total calories. Drink plenty of water and have fruit as snacks: these two habits will help you feel fill; thus, you will eat less and reduce the number of calories obtained. Reduce your simple carbohydrate intake: these are products high in glucose, table sugar, white bread, and more. Eat more complex carbohydrates like whole grain bread and sweet potato. If you do all of this, you will lose weight.

  3. well hun that is good question but being 13 years old you should not be counting calories go for a bike ride, play tag with your friends, stay active to be in good shape. NO NEED TO DIET! your still a kid have fun and enjoy it well you can, just remember to stay active and eat healthy, friut, vegies, and so on
