I weigh between 104-107 pounds, I'm 16, my height is five feet, three inches.

I run two miles a day and take a break on Saturdays. So how many calories should I be consuming?

  1. 2000 is healthy for a normal diet, but since you have a high metabolism and work out id say 2500 to 3000 would be best since you burn so much off.


  2. If you're active, you should be eating about 2,000 to 2,500 calories to maintain your weight and stay healthy.
