How many calories should I have a day?

I am 17 years old, 5'5" tall, between 130-135 pounds, and exercise very little. All advice is appreciated.

    I know it sound alot but it isn't I mean Just McDonald fries are like 570 and you still have to have breakfast lunch and dinner.

  7. This website tells you how many calories you should eat if you were to basically lay in bed all day. Then you add calories according to how active you are that day. It has helped me a lot.
