How many calories should i be consuming?

I am a 14 year old girl. I am 5 ft 7 and 98 lbs. I know im to skinny.I play soccor and we have 2 a day practices we usually run like 4 miles. (two miles each practice) How many calories shuld i be consuming??

  1. First of all your way under weight. You have a bmi of 15.3. You will devlop soon enough though. But like 2,500 calories.


  2. abt 2500, but if you want to gain weight you'll prob have to eat more

  4. due to the fact you are exercising you are going to need more than the estimated amount, probably around 2000-2500...hope that helps
