  1. 2000 calories?  The number doesn't matter, just eat enough so that you are not hungry and not uncomfortable throughout the day.  But don't eat so much that you are bloated constantly.  There is no accurate answer because everyone's metabolism is different.

  2. I'm not sure this is the best place for you to be looking for help.  Why don't you try a site that's geared towards helping people with eating disorders?

You should probably get a nutritionist.  They can help you make a meal plan and help monitor your progress.

  3. Depends on how much you are already consuming x

  4. Most doctors would probably say you should get up to 3000 to 3500 while you are gain. You are suppose to start out with 1000 for the 1st day, and then every 2 to 3 days add on 200 to 300 pounds.. till you get to 3000. Then after you reach your goal while, take off the cal ores back to around 2000. I am also recovering from anorexia.. well I am going to be anyways. I am personally never going to go above 2000. That number seems a bit scary---but to get truly better- I guess I should, and you should. Idk.
