How many calories should i eat a day?

im 14 yrs old

im 5ft tall

i currently weigh 81 lbs

i am going through anorexia recovery and want to boost my metabolism

how many calories should i eat now to get to a healthy weight and then stay there. (dont want to have to change the amount when i get there so give me a reasonable amount for always)

  1. The amount of calories required varies from person to person.  The general rule is eat mostly vegetables inclusive of sea vegetables, raw vegetables and green leafy vegetables and fruits.  Include seeds, nuts, and grains in your diet.  Eat a small portion of complex carbohydrate. A small portion of meat.

    You should have three square meals per day, breakfast or mid-morning meal being the largest.  Do not eat late in the evening (ie. within the last 3 hours before bedtime)
