  1. your bmi is 15.8! which is grossly underweight. so in order to get to 18.5.. id say about 2200? because 2000 is for most people trying to maintain their weight.


  2. for each pound of fat you need 15 calories to maintain your weight(for adults) If you are working out you obviously need more. As you are also only only 14 and still growing, and have a youths fast metabolism- you should be having more. Min. you should be having 1500 calories a day.
