How many calories this omelete?

I got it at a diner, it was an egg white omelete with american cheese, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes. It was about seven inches long and three inches thick.

i mean they are egg whites though so that is cutting back on lots of calories....and spinache tomatoes and mushrooms have like no calories at all anyways.

if you could tell me how many egg whites were used i could give you an idea but i have no clue how many whites it would take to make that big an omlette.

the american cheese is the big calorie hog in the omlette so id also need to know if it was like bursting at the seems with cheese or if it was just a little bit of it.

I have no idea, but I would guess in the vicinity of about 1200 colories.

IHOP's veggie omelette has 1150 calories.

Egg whites are 15 calories each.

1 cup of cheddar cheese is 455 calories.

1 cup of mushrooms cooked is 40 calories.

1 cup of spinach cooked is 40 calories.

1 raw tomato is 25 calories.

So 3 egg equivalent is 45, 1/4 cup cheese 115, veggies maybe 35.

That's perhaps 200 calories total.
