Im 18 weighing at 155 lbs at 5ft and 10 inches and want to gain 15 lbs.
Im sorry I dont know how much protein or calories im comsuming from this diet but I hope you guys get the idea whether this is enough for me to gain weight.
Breakfast (9 am):
Omelette made with 4 whole eggs with diced tomatoes, onions,green peppers, ham, and cheese.
2-3 cups of homo milk(3%) - I love milk
2 Packets of Maple and brow sugar oatmeal
Morning Snack (11am):
Protein shake with frozen berriers, 1 banana, 1 scoop of whey protein, 2 cups of milk, almonds(are almonds the best kind of nuts?)
Lunch (1pm):
8oz Steak with big bowl of pasta
Vegetables on the side
Snack (3pm):
2 peices of brown toast with tuna mixed with a bit of mayo
Snack (5pm)
Bagel with Peanut butter
2 cups of milk
1 cup of low fat yoghurt
Snack (6pm)
1 cup of yogurt
Piece of fruit
Cup of milk
Workout (7pm)
Right after workout(8pm):
Protein shake mixed with water (1 scoop)
Dinner (8:30pm)
Whatever mom cooks (generally healthy)
Right before sleep (12:30am)
2 cups of cottage cheese
If I had some kind of cheat meal once in a while or I miss out on one of my meals will it completly destroy the whole purpose of this diet?
And ill be drinking plenty of water throughout the dat.
