How many calories would be in 2 cups of vegetable yellow curry?

The vegetables were an assorted mix of green peppers, broccoli, water chestnuts, and carrots. I got this at a local chinese restaurant.

http://www.nutritiondata.com has the calorie and nutrient counts of lots of foods found commercially available. You might be able to estimate how much of each veggie was in the dish and figure it out.

Mostly that would be counted as 4 servings of veggie!! A single serving of any veggie is 1/2 cup cooked.
