  1. That's a large croissant and it's estimated that there are 345 calories in it.

  2. I'm not really sure what size it is so look it up here, I will guess maybe 120 calories.... but check the website :)

    hope this helps!

  3. If you feel the need to count it, don't eat it.

    Better safe than sorry.

  4. 1 plain 5 oz croissant with 1 pat butter contains 268 calories.

If you eat 1 croissant a week, that's 268 calories per week.

    Or 13,936 calories, per year

  6. 400 calories.

I would not eat that in one go .......

  7. I would say 270-300 calories.

    Mmm, I LOVE croissants! =)

  8. it madders what its made of yo shouldnt count calories though trans fat is more important

  9. I  am not quite sure how many calories but this diet book I have says that eating a croissant is one of the worst breads to eat, in fact to stay away from it. The second best choice would be french bread or baguettes. The first choice was no bread at all.

  10. I would say at least 300 cal. Probably 400. They are pretty high up there.

  11. Go to http://www.nutritiondata.com/ and search for a croissant that is similar to this one.

Are you worried about calories? If so, don't worry about eating the croissant, you'll burn it off in your sleep.
