Well, you don't really lose "carbs" while exercising.  You DO lose calories, though.  It will depend on your starting weight.  At a brisk pace, a person weighing 130 pounds would expend about 236 calories in 1 hour.  A person weighing 155 pounds would expend about 281 calories in 1 hour.  A person weighing 190 pounds would expend about 345 calories in 1 hour.

  2. You do not burn carbs you burn calories.And that depends on your heart rate, your breathing, and your body. There are a lot of variables to take in to factor that out. Just to give a few more your age and body weight also matters. As long as you maintain your heart rate it will not matter, over time you will lose weight.
