  1. As many as your driveway can fit without infringing on someone else's property.

  2. as many as will fit.  Tell your neighbors to suck an egg.

  3. I have a small parking pad in the rear of my townhouse.  Most of my neighbors with the same size pad use it for a single car but I park two in there.  Not my fault I'm the better driver (or my husband is really - he usually parks me too).  Sounds like your neighbors just want somewhere to turn around.  If you don't have a community association, tell them it's none of their business what you do with your property.  If you have one, I'm sorry, but they may be able to do something depending on the rules.  That is why I refuse to live anywere with an association.

  4. well my drive way is huge so i mean i can fit 20 cars on mine! but if your nebiors have a problem confront  them about it and let them know that it should not be a problem .

  5. If in the suburbs 2 to 3 in the driveway.

  6. Depends where you live. If you don't live in a deed restricted neighborhood you can prob own as many as you want. If you live in a deed restricted neighborhood with an Home Owners Association (n**i's) then they probably only want you to have 2 in the driveway. Some will enforce it, some wont.

  7. If you are paying dues to an HOA I'd suggest finding out what the rules are.  If not, s***w the neighbors,  and have as many cars as you'd like.

  8. as many as can fit

  9. As many as you want but the neighbors may put in a complaint and someone may ask you to remove some but that is unlikely especially if they all have a purpose.

    How many do you have?

  10. Generally speaking, as long as you own your house and you don't live in some community that is governed by common rules that state how many cars you can have in your yard, it is your concern only.

In most municipalities, as long as the cars are registered, running, and used, your property is yours to put as many cars in your driveway as you please.

You could call your local town hall to ask about this to see what the local laws are. In some places, it is unlawful to keep unregistered cars in your driveway, or any cars whatsoever on your lawn.

This is done for a reason - if you have tons of cars on your lawn it looks kinda cluttered and makes the neighborhood look unattractive to those who live there or might want to live there.

I don't know your specific situation, but I would say that if one of the cars does not run or is not registered, it should be in a garage or disposed of. If they are all working cars that are used on a frequent basis, then your neighbor has to come up with a better reason.

  11. One, a 2008 Impala with a broken rear window.

    Happened last night.

    a$$holes.

  12. 2 in garage and 3 in driveway total 5

  13. 2 cars and 1 motorcycle. As long as they are not  unsightly junk they have no grip but if they are in need of repair and dangerous to the neighbor hood some city's will make you get rid of them.

  14. However many you need.

If you rent a house, or live in a housing estate, there may be limits to how many cars you can have though.

If you own your house, some coucils in s****. areas have limits on how many cars you can have in your yard, as they want the suburbs to look tidy.

I have 2 cars in my front yard, and 2 bikes in my shed.

I would say, though, as a rule of thumb, as long as all cars are roadworthy, registered, and they arent parked illegally, or where someone could hurt themselves, I cant see a problem with you having your cars in the front yard.

  15. As  many as you want.  You are paying for your property-not them and are breaking no laws having it on your property.  Good thing that they are not my neighbors.

  16. for real s***w your neighbors.

if they have a purpose and its not park in their house...why do they care...?

  17. 2 cars, 1 truck & 3 motorcycles in the garage :)

  18. as long as there are running and licensed as many as we can fit.  my driveway is long.  six before we hit the sidewalk.  then another on if sideways between sidewalk and street.  so change that to seven.

  19. One!  we only drive and need one.

with the price of gas these days.. why have more?

oh how many cars CAN FIT?  lol

three, then probley 2 more on the street.

  20. i would say as many as you can put on it when we run out of room we just use the street in front of our house and my husband owns some pretty crappy cars.

  21. As many as you want as long as they all run.

  22. 2 and inside the garage 2 = 4

  23. well we own 3

But they are always at work, cause we have to pay for them some how.

    Lol

    Or at the gas station,

    GOOD LUCK

    .........................................

  24. I could probably fit 1-2 in the driveway, 1 in the garage. Who gives a dang what your neighbors say. My neighbors whine that my car is going to kill their grass according to their landscape guy because I park on the side of the house.

  25. Before you listen to these people you should check your with your local police or town hall or whatever you've got to get the REAL story. I'm not claiming to be an authority on the subject, but I've been around a bit and I've NEVER heard of a place that DIDN'T have laws regarding how many vehicles people can have on their property.

Obviously there are laws about unregistered cars. Round here (Boston)it's 1. Beyond that you're running a junk yard and they'll start fining you every day. I don't think we're talking about that tho.

Also round here (no, not gated communities or HOAs) your property needs to be zoned for parking. Tons of people have been pouring their own curb cuts and making driveways and the city is starting to crack down. If they didn't give you permission to build a driveway and park a car in your yard it's a $250 fine per vehicle per day.

I can't imagine how they could limit street parking tho. If it's legal to park on the street I imagine you could park as many cars as would fit.

Please respect your neighbors. When one slob fool starts bringing down the property values of every house on the block it is most definitely their business.

  26. who cares, its on ur lawn, so they cant do nothing bout it. and i dont see how it would make their lawn look untidy, thats retarded

  27. It depends on how many people stay in your home.

  28. i dont no wut u meen?

i kan fit 3. at my old house i could fit 8. no joke

kuz it had a lond driveway and it was a three car garage.

  29. don't listen to them... jealousy is their motive... go out there and have as many cars as you can... its a free country.

  30. As many as you want, but if you start parking them on the lawn and putting them up on blocks.... you just might be a redneck.

  31. as many as your driveway can hold--i dont think theres a limit
