World wide? A few million. Just in the US, about 500,000 cars (not including trucks, vans or SUV's.) Ford is all over the world, and strangely enough, in Europe Ford is well respected. In North America not so much. Maybe that will change when Ford brings the European Focus and Fiesta to the USA in 2010.

Now if you really want to get picky, add in the brands that Ford owns.. Lincoln, Mercury, Volvo, Mazda. Then you might be close to 1 million US cars.
