it depends on which way the cats are facing because if there tail is facing out then it would go on and on with a cat at each cats tail, but if it ends there then i would say 1 in each corner to start and then 3 more for each corner so 4 in each corner then 3 more than that for each tail so 28 all together, I would say, but i was never good at math..
