How many cc's should i go for on a motorcycle being that I weigh just under 300 pounds?(Yes, I know that I should lose some weight)

  1. I think you have not gotten an answer yet because you question is too vague.  You would have enough power to get around on a 250 but I always think a big guy should get a big bike.  Even that is tricky if you have never ridden a bike before, since then you will have to learn to deal with the throttle and what you can tell the bike to do without really meaning for it to do all while learning every thing else that you will need to learn.  If you go with a big cruiser you will also have to learn how to deal with the weight of the thing and from the short amount of time I have spent on them I can warn you to keep the weight centered and do not attempt to throw the things around as you would a smaller bike.


  2. Get  Harley, thier one saving grace is they are big framed for big folk.

  3. People over 200lbs don't buy bikes in cc's, they buy them in cubic inches.

    Perhaps you should buy a cycle without a motor and start pedaling instead!

      Get one that is comfortable for you. Then take it easy and learn. Take a coarse. Have fun!
