How many checks do you get for your Financial Aid?

because i got my financial aid check not to long ago but i want to know

do i got just one check for 2 semesters (FALL / SPRING) ? Or do i got one check for every semester i go to school?

You get one check each semester you're enrolled. You'll get your other check for spring term in January. Schools don't give you financial aid all at once because you can only receive it if you're enrolled in classes. They have to verify you're registered each semester before they apply financial aid and cut your refund checks.
