Most boneless, skinless b*****s today range from 6-8 oz. each (pure meat).

In my weight watchers week 1 hand out it says that 3 oz. of meat is the same size as a deck of cards. I would think 2 oz. would be just shy of that.

I would suggest digital scales as they are fast and easy to read for exact weights.

I you decide to look for them, ensure they will do both Imperial and Metric.
