If it's just wings it would be about a pound of wings per person if they are big eaters.  I would go with 10 or 12 pounds depending on how big the bags are with 30 pp and other things.  A pound of supermarket wings (frozen) will be between 8-12 wings to a pound and about 12-14 wings to a pound cooked.
