How many children can I care for in my house in Miami, FL. W/O a license?

I would like to take care of some children in my home without needed a license. Maybe only 5 kids, I currently take care of my 5 month old niece. I turned my family room into a classroom. Please help!

You can not operate a day care in a residential home without a license.  In fact some neighborhoods prohibit this type of in-home business all together.  My suggestion is to look into getting a license for the business.  It will much less expensive than having to pay fines, court costs and attorney fees if you are caught.
