  1. Yeah, the thing is, most religious folks are hard working middle class people whose everyday issues (education, health care, labor rights) would be much better served by the Democratic party.

But the Republicans make a big deal out of g*y marriage and abortion to win millions of millions of religious votes.  Then they get in office and do what they set out to do: take care of the wealthiest 5% of the country while selling everyone else down the river.

It's sad, tragic really.  But if people are that dumb, that's what they deserve.

  2. We dont talk about politics in my church and my church would never force anything personal on me.  I would be outta there.

    What churches do this?

  3. using christianity to gain control of the people is not a new idea by any means....still sucks though

  4. The 1st "Republican" freed the slaves.  That  didn't seem like much of a personal gain to me.  Maybe u r referring to Bushism?

  5. Barack Obama's didn't. In fact they prohibited it.

  6. That is actually against the Law

They could lose their Tax Exempt

    Status

  7. Probably the same amount who forced Democraticism .... Christ said render unto Caesar what is Caesar, and unto God's what is Gods.

  8. I'm going to ignore the "republicanism".

What's interesting is that the extreme conservative Republican is much closer to the extreme liberal Democrat than we'd like to believe.

Don't mix politics into church. People want separation of church and state.

Churches are nothing with the people.

The "failing"  ministers are not all Republican.

They come in all shapes in sizes.
