I dont think there is a limit in mainland spain,but there is in the canary islands because there much cheaper there

As much as you like if you want to smoke yourself to death. Spain is in the EU and no restrictions apply.  This is not the case for Tenerife, Gran Canaria or Lanzarote as they are NOT in the EU so beware as passengers returning have their bags screened again as they leave the airport in the UK.
