do mean cities cities, or cities as in towns, cities, boroughs, and villages. because if so, there are more that 57 because i live in Blakeslee, and my family lives in Gilbert, Brodheadsville, Effort, and more. which is not on the URL that Max provided.

There are three major cities in PA:

Philadelphia

Pittsburgh

Harrisburg

According to the US census bureau, they break down the "cities" as metroplotian areas, so there is no true telling sign of population as an even comparison because they break them down into counties.

Well, that would depend on your definition of what constitutes a "city".  Populations greater that 100,000?  PA has about six that meet that criteria.
