  1. I would get smaller Loaches, Clown Loaches can grow to over 1'. Try Botia kubotai, they are extremely playful, and grow to 5". You would have to get  4 or 5 of them to see how playful they really are. Or you could try Botia almorhae, Botia striata, Yasuhikotakia morleti, or Yasuhikotakia sidthimunki, they would all be 6" or less.Stay away from any Hillstream Loach with Angels, the Angels would most likely attack them. Remember, Loaches either have very small scales, or are scaleless, you can't treat them with regular medication.

  2. i wouldn't add any kissing gouramis

    A) they'll fight amongst themselves

    B) they'll fight with the angels

as fro clown loahces you could probably have like 3-4 but i would really move them into like a 75 once they get some good size on them

  3. when i bought my clown loach a while ago i was told by the aquarist to have at least 3 as they do better in groups rather than on there own. so get at least 3. clown loach are prone to white spot and usually get it through stress of the move from the shop to your tank. dont make the mistake that i did because i got them from a reputable breeder i trusted that the fish would be healthy but unfortunately wen i got home and put them in the tank i found they had whitespot which eventually killed them but i managed to prevent my othr fish from gettin it.
