How many coaches have the Adelaide Crows had since they entered the AFL?

I see where Neil Craig notched up his 100th game as coach of the side last week. This brings him with eight games from overtaking Gary Ayres as Adelaide's longest serving coach.

To me, it is unbelievable, that such a successful club has not had a coach to stay at the club for a longer period.

If you consider their brief AFL history they are due for a new coach next season. I must admit that even though I barrack for the Bombers I was glad that Malcom Blight coached them to their 1st premiership after all his attempts at gaining a flag for Geelong.

Five I think. First one I remember is Graham Cornes, then Robert Shaw, Malcolm Blight (two premierships) Gary Ayers (also ex Cats) and now Neil Craig.

lets see, there was Graham Cornes, Robert Shaw, Malcom Blight, Gary Ayres, and now Neil Craig. so 5 altogether. Sorry if i forgot someone, but thats my memory of it.

yeah im surprised aswel actually. im surprised that malcom blight didnt stay for longer than he did. he won us 2 grandfinals in a row, had a bad season, then left us.

Neil Craig is a great coach though, and has signed on for the crows until late 2011
