  1. none - a completely communist country would have no leader, it would have achieved Marx's 'second phase'.  As all 'communist' countries thus far have had a leader and government they have not truly reached full communism as intended.

  2. Current Communist Countries: China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, and Vietnam.

Formerly Communist countries (by current name):

Formerly part of the Soviet Union: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

Other Asian countries: Afghanistan, Cambodia, Mongolia, and Yemen.

Soviet-controlled Eastern bloc countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany (East), Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia.

The Balkans: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Rep. of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.

Africa: Angola, Benin, Dem Rep. of Congo, Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, and Mozambique.

  3. China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, and Vietnam.(supposedly)

    Take out Cuba and China

why China is turning more capitalist by the secon and

Cuba's Raul Castro is opening up the markets while a way while back Fidel Opened up to European markets( the US still consider Cuba communist because Fidel refused to open up to US market) and Cuba is a federate Republic

The president is elected by the electoral collages and

the parliament revises the collages' decision

  4. Of the old Soviet Style Communism, there is China, Laos, Cuba, North Korea and Vietnam.  There are others, but they are puppet do-nothings just funded by the Communists to aggravate the civilized world.

  5. Communism is a highly idealized social & economic order. It exists nowhere  on earth.

There are countries that are ruled by parties / ideologies with names like Communist, Worker, Peoples, etc... They are often called "communist countries" by some, although there is no strict definition of a "communist country". They would include North Korea, China, Nepal, Albania, Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua (questionable), Libya -- count 9 so far. There are many more similar countries that only differ from the above by their rulers using some different terminology (e.g. Myanmar, Congo, Zimbabwe, etc.). Typically these countries are opressed, with glaring inequalities, and generally as remote from the communist ideal as one can get.

Finally, there are very advanced countries with wealthy, well-balanced, and educated population. These would include Denmark, France, Iceland, Netherlands, etc... Their socieities are the closest to the Marxist definition of communism, although they practice a mixture of public and private ownership of capital resources. However, they are never called "communist" or even "socialist" in the general media (outside of academia).

  6. 4 & 80, just *testing* your ability to take a joke :).
