How many cookies is too many cookies to eat in one sitting?

Depends on how many calories from fat there are in one serving, I would say if it's over 250, don't eat more than one serving.

A whole plate (if fresh-baked) or a whole bag, hehe. Better yet, enough so that you have to do hours of exercise to burn them off.
