You want as many as possible. Ideally, you'll have three (unless you're running >10 fusions) in case one goes down or your opponent runs something like Success Probability 0% (yah, right) , but two or even one is okay, since the better fusions are often hard to find.

I recommend 2 of each. It's very unlikely you'll use 3 copies of the same fusion unless you go nuts with Evil Hero Dark Gaia or something (the only Evil Hero I use 3 of)
